You will have the entire space to yourself. We have a home on the same property. The properties are completely separate from one another and have separate fire pits. For your safety, during the winter months, when there is snow and/or ice on the ground, it is required to have a 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle for accessing the property. You will have a unique access code to enter the property once the guest agreement is signed.

***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell.
***Note: No Pets allowed inside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations if unauthorized pet is found in the property.
